# Hebrew and Greek contextual reference

Original work of the Open Scriptures Hebrew Bible available at https://github.com/openscriptures/morphhb.
OSHB morphology and lemma work: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. Westminster Leningrad Codex text: public domain. The source VerseMap associates source verse boundaries with KJV verse numbering. A partial-verse mapping displays the entire identified source verse; it does not assign Hebrew words to particular English words.

Greek: Maurice A. Robinson's parsed Textus Receptus; public domain, copy freely. Source: https://github.com/byztxt/greektext-textus-receptus, maintained by Ulrik Sandborg-Petersen. Source text, alternative analyses, and apparatus remain available. Letter display converts the source's Online Bible encoding without inventing accents or punctuation. Alternative word spellings are preserved. Token frequencies include recorded textual alternatives; they are not an asserted single-edition word total.

Both are identified historical reference texts, not a claim to reproduce exactly the translators' working copies. Strong's lemma numbers do not establish an English-to-original-language alignment or automatically correct the KJV. Raw source morphology is shown so an unknown code is never silently guessed.

Import date: 2026-09-14. Full source blobs and their Git identifiers are retained in the Veymont source repository. /research/morphology/manifest.json records scope and methodology; /research/morphology/anomalies.json preserves parsing boundaries needing source inspection. /research/morphology/codes.json lists every imported code and occurrence count.
